Do you have an actual recipe for "Patates aux Tamates"? My mother used to slice a quarter inch thick piece of salt pork (say,2x3 inches)-fry in pot; Thenboil sliced peeled potatoes and water-then add canned tomatoes. I am not sure about onions-do you know?

We consist of three retired teachers, one retired teacher. Charlie and I still work. We are non-profit and do it for fun, mainly.
